MADE TO ORDER
VERIDIX products are produced after an order is placed. The estimated production and delivery timing shown at checkout depends on the item, destination, and shipping method selected.

SHIPPING RATES AND TRACKING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is provided for each shipment when available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs charges. Depending on the destination and items ordered, duties may be collected at checkout or charged upon delivery.

ORDER SUPPORT
If tracking has not updated, a package appears lost, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, use the Contact link and include your order number. Quality issues should be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.
